Michael Vick throws, won't rule out playing vs. Falcons on Sunday

Michael Vick remained out of the Philadelphia Eagles' practice on Wednesday but refused to rule out the possibility that he could play on Sunday against his old team, the Atlanta Falcons.
Vick threw on the side for what coach Andy Reid said was the first time since he suffered a rib injury in Week 4.
The QB was asked by the Philadelphia Inquirer if he thought a return on Sunday would be unlikely.
"I wouldn't say that," Vick said.
Eagles QB Kevin Kolb took the first-team practice reps on Wednesday, three days after leading the team to a 27-24 road win in San Francisco.
Reid has said Vick -- who replaced Kolb as starter after the latter's Week 1 injury -- would return as stater when he is healthy.
Playing Atlanta, which cut Vick in the midst of his 2007 conviction on a federal dogfighting charge that sent him to prison for 18 months, could be an incentive for Vick to return earlier than expected. He said on Oct. 4 that he expected to miss 1-2 weeks.
But the QB, who scored a TD in limited action at Atlanta last year, said that wouldn't be an issue.
"There's no extra motivation just because it's Atlanta week," Vick said. "I feel like we passed that last year. It's just another football game against a tough opponent."
