No Admission Charge at Philadelphia Museum of Art On Wednesday
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The Philadelphia Museum of Art will be free and open to the public on Wednesday, in honor of “International Museums Day.”
All the various facilities operated by the art museum — the main building at the head of the Parkway (above) and the nearby Perelman building, the Rodin Museum, and the Cedar Grove and Mount Pleasant Houses in Fairmount Park Houses — will be free and open to the public from 10am to 5pm on Wednesday in honor of International Museums Day, an annual day that works to make the public aware of the important role museums play in society.
