Boy Struck By SEPTA Bus In Oxford Circle
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A boy was struck by a SEPTA bus in the Oxford Circle section of Philadelphia Tuesday.
The accident happened at about 3:40 p.m. on Oxford Avenue near Frontenac Street.
Eyewitness News has learned the boy was rescued by firefighters after being trapped underneath the bus for approximately 20 minutes.
