Report: Discovery Of Brain Tumor Voided Eagles-Lions Trade
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – According to a report from ESPN, a trade between the Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Lions was voided due to the discovery of a brain tumor on one of the players during a standard physical.
The Eagles and Lions agreed on a deal Tuesday that would have sent running back Ronnie Brown to Detroit in exchange for running back Jerome Harrison and an undisclosed draft pick in the 2013 NFL draft.
