Woman Found Dead In Flooded SUV Towed From East Germantown
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – According to police, a woman’s body was discovered in an SUV that had been towed after the floods. Her death is the first attributed to the latest round of flooding.
Her father, a Philadelphia police officer, had allegedly spoken with the girl before she attempted to drive home in the area of Musgrave and Haines Streets in Philadelphia’s Germantown section.
