Cole Hamels throws during Phillies’ spring training baseball workouts on Monday in Clearwater, Fla.

Carlos Lee, Chris Johnson and Jason Michaels homered off Hamels, who could not get out of the fourth inning. It was the second homer of the spring for all three.
Phillies closer Brad Lidge was supposed to pitch but did not make the trip because of tendinitis in his right biceps. His next outing will be pushed back a few days, general manager Ruben Amaro said.
