Suspect In Fatal Hit And Run Of Wheelchair-Bound Woman Turns Herself In
NEWARK, De. (CBS) – A wheelchair-bound woman was killed in Delaware earlier this year after police say she was hit by three cars that all left the scene. After months of investigative work, state police say they arrested the first driver to hit the victim.
Tiffany Reeves, 29, of Elsmere, New Castle County turned herself in Friday. State police had issued an arrest warrant for Reeves in connection with the crash that killed 58-year-old Edith McFarland.
