Sixers Try To Finish Road Trip Undefeated Tonight In Orlando
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The last time the Sixers played the Magic, Orlando was in the middle of a tailspin, and without their starting backcourt of Jameer Nelson and Jason Richardson. It looked like the team had finally tired of the Dwight Howard trade rumors, with Howard himself at times looking checked out.
What a difference a couple of weeks makes. The Magic won three in a row after hitting bottom against the Sixers, and have gone 6-2 overall since the game. They’ve got Nelson and Richardson back, and aside from a comment from Howard about wanting to be a “finisher,” it’s been pretty quiet on that front as well.
