DRPA Comes Under Scrutiny For Millions Earmarked For Economic Development Projects
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Triple AAA has chimed in on the battle over how to use more than $29 million in unused economic development money at the Delaware River Port Authority.
In a letter to the Authority’s board of directors, Triple AAA makes it clear just where they think that money needs to go.
“Motorists’ toll money should be used for transportation related projects which are central to the DRPA’s mission,” says Spokeswoman Jenny Robinson – projects like redecking the Walt Whitman Bridge, for example.
