Over 100 Women Evacuated From ‘Baseball 101′ Event After Earthquake Felt At Citizens Bank Park
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The earthquake was felt at Citizens Bank Park, where team officials were holding a silent auction for attendees at a “Baseball 101″ event.
When the Diamond Club began to move, master of ceremonies Scott Palmer calmly evacuated more than 100 women, many of whom admitted becoming confused and a little shaken up.
“Maybe a little scared when I got the chills all over my body,” said one. “Maybe a little. But okay now.”
