It’s National…Horseradish Month?
BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) — This is National Horseradish Month, and there’s a regional reason to take that seriously.
The Delaware Valley is number two on the list in horseradish consuming says Eric Rygg, President of Kelchner’s, the Bucks County grower and grinder of about 29% the nation’s horseradish. Obviously, horseradish has zing—sometimes that’s right up the nose zing—and Rygg says there’s a reason it’s different from pepper’s persistence.
