TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — New Jersey health officials have linked two more fungal meningitis cases to a nationwide outbreak caused by a potentially tainted medication.
The new cases announced Tuesday bring the total in the state to ten.
Health officials say the two new patients are a 50-year-old Cumberland County man and a 26-year-old Gloucester County woman who both received steroid injections in September.
