Day 10 Of Deliberations In Clergy Sex Abuse Trial Comes To A Close With No Verdict
PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A Philadelphia jury is set to return for an 11th day of deliberations Tuesday in the groundbreaking clergy-abuse trial of two Roman Catholic priests.
Monsignor William Lynn is the first U.S. church official charged over his handling of child sexual abuse complaints as an aide to the late Cardinal Anthony Bevilacqua.
The 61-year-old Lynn has been awaiting the verdict with several of his siblings.
