Court Documents Suggest More Abuse Victims In Sandusky Child Sex Abuse Case
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Documents filed by defense attorneys for former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky suggest that more accusers could surface in the child sex abuse case.
The documents were attached to a motion filed by Sandusky’s defense lawyer Joseph Amendola that asks the judge to force the prosecution to disclose more investigative materials.
One of the attachments, dated April 16th asks prosecutors to identify by name all accusers, including those numbered “11 through 17,” as well as those numbered “18 and beyond.”
