1 Dead, 2 Injured In West Philadelphia House Fire
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Firefighters battled a house fire in the Belmont section of Philadelphia Thursday afternoon.
Crews were called out to a three-story home in the 4100 block of Pennsgrove Street at about 3:30 p.m.
Three people were reportedly injured in the blaze. Authorities say a woman in her thirties was taken to The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with injuries to her throat. She is reportedly in critical condition. Medics are trying to revive another woman at the scene; her exact condition is unknown at this time.
