Penn Museum To Reopen China Show, Complete With Promised Mummies
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology will reopen its “Silk Road” exhibit next Friday, complete with all of the artifacts and mummies from China.
The landmark “Secrets of the Silk Road” exhibit opened last week at the Penn Museum without its artifacts and mummies from China.
But beginning next Friday at 1 p.m., the public will be able to see all of the original artifacts and the two mummies as they were supposed to be originally displayed.
