PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Former President Bill Clinton will deliver a lunchtime speech Tuesday at the National Constitution Center. This will be his first visit there in more than 12 years.
Clinton’s only other visit to the Constitution Center was when he led the Pledge of Allegience at its groundbreaking ceremony in the last year of his presidency. This time, he’ll deliver the keynote address at a private event organized by the State Budget Crisis Task Force, a group that works to find solutions to the fiscal problems states are facing in a time of shrinking budgets and revenues.
