Philadelphia Gets A New Television Network Geared Towards African Americans
Philadelphia (CBS) – Lenfest Broadcasting announced the launched of the first-ever over-the-air broadcast television network geared specifically toward an African American audience.
It’s called Bounce TV. A new network created to provide African Americans with positive, educational programming featuring people of color.
The 24/7 channel will show motion pictures, HBCU sporting events, documentaries, local programming and more. Martin Luther King III is one of Bounce TV’s Board of Directors.
